- 1 packet Blackball Salami Pork Sausages
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 T Dijon Mustard
- 1 T Soy Sauce
- 1 t Peanut Butter
- 1 t Marmalade
- 1 T Tomato Paste
- 2 t Curry Powder (hot or mild depending on your taste)
- 1 t brown sugar
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- ¾ cup water
Cook the sausages in a frying pan over a medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until just cooked through. Remove to a plate. Drain the oil from the pan, slice the sausages on an angle into large pieces and return to the pan along with the onion. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients and add to the sausages. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and cook on low for about a further 20 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans. Serves 6.
