- 1 thin pizza base
- 2 T Tomato paste or pizza sauce
- 3T fresh or 1T dried Oregano
- 6 cherry tomatoes (approx), halved
- ¼ red onion, sliced
- 50g (approx) Sliced Venison Blackball Salami
- 1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 T Olive Oil
- 100g (approx) mozzarella cheese, torn into chunks
- A handful of basil leaves, roughly torn
Pre-heat oven to 220° fan bake. Spread the tomato paste over the pizza base with the back of a spoon and sprinkle with oregano. Top with onion, salami, tomatoes, salt and pepper and grated mozzarella, drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Immediately scatter over the remaining mozzarella and top with basil.
