Blackball Salami Pizza

Garlic Salami Pizza with Feta and Mint

  • 1 thin Pizza base
  • 2 T Tomato Paste or pizza sauce
  • ¼ white onion, sliced 50g (approx)
  • Sliced Garlic Blackball Salami
  • 1 red capsicum, diced
  • ⅓ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • ⅓ cup feta cheese
  • A handful of mint leaves

Pre-heat oven to 220° fan bake. Spread the tomato paste over the pizza base with the back of a spoon, sprinkle with mozzarella and top with sliced onion and salami. Scatter over the capsicum and then crumble over the feta, and then bake in the oven for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and add the mint, then return to bake for another 4- 5 minutes or until crispy.
