Shipping
Our deliveries are sent via NZ Couriers, with next-day delivery to most urban addresses and approximately two working days for rural addresses, helping to ensure your products arrive as quickly and safely as possible. Friday orders will be shipped to rural addresses on a Monday to ensure that our product doesn't sit at the courier depot over a weekend.
We take every precaution to maintain product quality during transit. All perishable goods are packed in insulated, environmentally friendly Chilltainers with ice and securely sealed to retain temperature throughout the journey. Upon arrival, we recommend refrigerating your order promptly.
Freight charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order, with pricing tiers at 3kg, 5kg, 10kg, 15kg and 19kg. Orders exceeding 19kg are shipped in multiple Chilltainers, typically split across two boxes, to ensure the products remain well chilled and arrive in excellent condition.
We offer free local delivery between Blackball and Camerons on scheduled delivery days, taking in the communities of Dobson, Kaiata, Runanga and Cobden.
Local deliveries are typically made between 1:00pm and 4:30pm. As these orders are delivered directly by us, they are not packed in Chilltainers. If you are not going to be home, we recommend leaving a chilly bin with ice packs in a safe location, and we can place your order inside to keep it cool until you return.
Customers are also welcome to collect their orders from our store. Simply select Pickup in Store at checkout
Quality Policy
We aim to provide the highest standards of quality, at all times, and we expect our deliveries to get to you fresh and in the same condition they were when they left our shop. If any product reaches you in a damaged or spoiled condition, and we agree that it has, we will, at your request, refund the value of that product to you.

Delivery Policy
If you have been charged for any product which hasn’t been delivered, we will, at your request, either re-deliver that product or refund the value of that product to you. If however, any product has been picked mistakenly by our team, we reserve the right to pick up the product but may allow you to keep such product, or we will, at your request, either re-deliver the product you originally ordered, or refund the value of that product to you.
