Our wonderful Salamis are made the old fashioned way, by natural curing and wood smoking and the Original and Venison Salamis are 100% visual lean.

We also make traditional Italian and Kosher style (pure beef) salami.

Garlic, Pepperoni or Mild

Mild is Garlic Free.                              Beef and Pork Unique extremely low fat. Naturally smoked and dried.
