Anti-Pasto Salad
Ingredients:
Make dressing by mixing all dressing ingredients. Combine all ingredients into dressing and mix. Garnish with sliced basil and salt & pepper.

Dressing Ingredients: |

Balsamic Vinegar |

Extra Virgin Olive Oil |

Spinach Pasta with Blackball Salami
|
Ingredients: |

2 Tblsp butter |
|
1 cup cream |
|
1 cup grated cheese |
|
1 Tblsp nutmeg |
|
2 cups peas |
|
Spinach Past |

Blackball Salami |
Boil water to cook pasta with a hint of salt and pepper. Introduce pasta and cook until firm to bite. Combine butter, cream and cheese in saucepan and heat until butter is melted. Add cheese, nutmeg and peas to simmer. Combine sauce and pasta and Blackball Salami, for a delicious meal the whole family will enjoy. (As seen on 30minutes with Rachel Ray. 10/8/2009
